Today, ByteBridge is trusted by some of the world’s leading international companies.Position SummaryThe Country Manager will be responsible for establishing ByteBridge’s presence, driving sustainable business growth, and ensuring excellence in systems integration delivery across the Australian market. This role combines market development, vendor partnerships, customer engagement, and operational leadership to position ByteBridge as a leading solutions provider in Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Market ExpansionDefine and execute Australia’s market growth strategy aligned with ByteBridge’s global vision.Develop new customer relationships and expand existing accounts, particularly in enterprise IT, financial services, government, and technology sectors.Build strong alliances with hyperscalers, local OEMs, and technology vendors to expand solution offerings.Operational LeadershipOversee end-to-end project delivery: solution design, system integration, deployment, and ongoing support.Ensure compliance with Australian regulations and industry standards, while maintaining ByteBridge’s global quality benchmarks.Own the P&L for Australia, managing revenue growth, profitability, and resource allocation.Team & Culture BuildingRecruit and lead a local SI-focused team across sales, presales, and delivery.Foster a culture of customer-first service, technical innovation, and high performance.Mentor and grow local leaders to support long-term expansion in Australia.Strategic EngagementRepresent ByteBridge Australia at industry events, SI forums, and vendor ecosystems.Provide local market intelligence to guide ByteBridge’s APAC and global strategy.Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams on multi-country projects.Qualifications & Skills10+ years in systems integration, IT services, or enterprise technology, with proven leadership in the Australian market.Strong track record in P&L management, market entry, and large-scale IT project delivery.Established relationships with Australian enterprises, OEMs, and channel partners.Native or fluent English; additional APAC language skills a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to scale ByteBridge’s SI business in Australia.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
