Perfect role for experienced Country Managers with strong background in driving growth, managing P&L, and scaling local teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment!What You’ll DoLead strategy & growth: Develop and execute market strategies, identify opportunities, and capture market share.Drive business development: Build strong partnerships with banks, insurers, fintechs, and key industry stakeholders.Ensure operational excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance across sales, marketing, and customer success.Manage financials: Own the country P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.Build & inspire teams: Scale high-performing local teams with a focus on engagement and retention.What We’re Looking ForExtensive experience in fintech, ecommerce, payments, or financial services, with at least 5 years in senior leadership (Country Manager/GM preferred).Proven track record in scaling operations, driving revenue growth, and managing P&L.Strong network within the Philippines financial ecosystem and commercial sectors.Expertise in strategic problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management.Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startup or scale-up environments.Ideal BackgroundPrevious leadership experience in companies of 100–300 employees, ideally within ecommerce or digital financial services.Energetic, results-driven, and able to thrive in ambiguity.
