Our client is a rapidly growing brokerage that is looking to strengthen their position in Southeast Asia and beyond.They are seeking a highly-respected and conscientious Country Manager with extensive experience in the FX, commodities, OR CFD brokerage space to lead their operations in-country. In this role, you will work closely with global and regional leadership to drive business expansion, oversee regulatory compliance, and strengthen their market position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement business strategies to expand market share and profitability.Lead and manage all country-level operations, including sales, marketing, compliance, customer support, and business development.Oversee P&L management, ensuring sustainable financial performance and operational efficiencyBuild and maintain strong relationships with regulators, liquidity providers, institutional clients, and key stakeholders.Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and licensing requirements.Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Recruit, mentor, and manage local teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.Collaborate with global leadership to align country operations with overall corporate objectivesRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional networks to enhance brand visibility and credibility.REQUIREMENTS:At least 5 -10 years of experience in the FX, commodities, OR CFD brokerage industry.Proven track record of successfully managing country/regional operations, including full P&L ownership.Deep knowledge of FX, commodities, OR CFD products, trading platforms, and market structures.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance processes, and licensing frameworks.Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategies in competitive markets.Established relationships with regulators, liquidity providers, and institutional clients are highly advantageous.Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
