You will focus on securing the best contractual conditionals by negotiating favorable terms, ensuring cost-efficiency, and maintaining supplier relationships. This requires a deep understanding of market trends, product needs and business goals.As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:Collaborating with Global Category Team on Sourcing Category Strategy, Supplier Selection and Onboarding, and Supplier Negotiations to achieve deflation initiativesDefining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliersDeveloping and executing long term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for New Product Introduction, First Article and Order to Receipt (OTR) ProcurementManaging Supplier Delivery and Quality Performance, Cost and Inventory management, and Supplier Relationship ManagementCollaborating with Supplier Quality Team for Supplier Performance and Quality issuesDeveloping Sourcing initiatives for product cost out initiatives, deflation, cycle time reduction, BCC Sourcing and cash flow improvement (e.g. rebate, payment terms)Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.Have at least 3 years in SourcingHave procurement experience in SAP and Ariba systemHave a good communication and negotiation skills, as well as good organizational and time management skillsHave a good knowledge of Purchasing practices, principles and proceduresBe good at communicating in English languageWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
