Job OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished and results-driven sales and recruitment leader to head our operations in Bangladesh. This pivotal role involves driving business growth, expanding student recruitment outcomes, and building sustainable partner networks across the region.The ideal candidate is a strategic professional with deep experience in international education and a proven ability to manage teams, develop new markets, and achieve ambitious recruitment targets. The Country Manager will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, fostering strong institutional and partner relationships, and leading a motivated team towards consistent high performance and growth. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales and recruitment plans to strengthen market presence and drive student enrollment growth across all destinations.Identify, onboard, and nurture productive partnerships with channel partners and institutional stakeholders, ensuring steady business growth and performance.Build and lead a high-performing, motivated team, setting clear goals, performance standards, and coaching frameworks to achieve and exceed targets.Design and monitor performance KPIs, review results regularly, and ensure that service delivery and conversion SLAs are consistently met.Drive the conversion of offers to deposits through strategic partner engagement, targeted interventions, and data-driven follow-up mechanisms.Track, analyze, and report on regional market dynamics, competitor movements, and evolving commission structures to inform tactical decision-making.Maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to address escalations, identify opportunities, and ensure sustained collaboration.Plan and lead partner performance reviews to assess outcomes, align on intakes, and resolve operational challenges.Lead data-driven planning by analyzing trends in applications, offers, deposits, and conversions, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Oversee and negotiate TNE initiatives and collaborations with locally based colleges and universities.Job RequirementsAtleast 10 years of proven experience in international education, with a strong record of driving business growth and achieving recruitment targets.Minimum 5 years in a senior B2B sales role, managing teams across multiple cities or regions.Solid destination knowledge, understanding of student mobility trends, and recruitment practices. Postgraduate qualification in Business Management (MBA or equivalent) preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and an analytical, data-led approach to decision-making.Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with channel partners and institutional representatives.A collaborative leader who balances high performance expectations with team engagement and morale.
