We are looking for a motivated Junior WordPress Developer to join our team and grow with us.Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, ACF, etc.).Collaborate with our design, marketing, and content teams to understand vision and requirementsTroubleshoot and fix issues related to WordPress functionality and design.Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance as required.Ensure all websites are SEO-friendly, fast-loading, and cross-browser compatible.Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features as neededMaintain a clean, modular, well-documented codebaseIntegrate and configure plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic as neededBuild custom WordPress plugins, themes, and reusable components.Requirements2+ years of experience in WordPress development, with a focus on custom themes and pluginsStrong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla + jQuery), and PHPExperience converting Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch) designs into WordPress sitesProficient in responsive and mobile-first design practicesStrong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility standardsExcellent attention to detail—down to the last pixel and interactionStrong communication and ability to work collaboratively across remote teamsMust be disciplined and available during fixed work hours.Knowledge of ACF, REST API, and headless WordPress setups.Nice to HaveExperience integrating WordPress with marketing automation toolsKnowledge of headless WordPress or modern JS frameworks (React, Next.js)Familiarity with API integration, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and Git.Familiarity with security best practices and WordPress hardeningKnowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.Work Details:Work Type: Remote (Full-Time)Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PMSalary: 18,000 Taka -- Basic: 12,000 Taka (Basic)-- Incentive: 6,000 Taka (Performance-based)Must attend the office when called by management.Benefits:Hands-on learning and skill development with senior developersHands-on learning and career growth.Supportive and friendly work environment.How to Apply:Please send your resume, a link to your portfolio, and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to info@globalitsolutions.com.bd.Subject Line: Application for Junior WordPress Developer
