Odoo Technical Lead

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for an Odoo Technical Lead. The role involves leading Odoo implementation projects, developing custom modules, and improving existing functionalities to meet unique client requirements. Responsibilities include technical design, system customization, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications. The Technical Lead will also coordinate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and oversee the deployment process to ensure high performance and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Odoo development, Python, and PostgreSQLExperience in system analysis, customization, and implementationKnowledge of integration techniques with third-party applications and APIsExpertise in software debugging and troubleshootingStrong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing development teamsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience in agile development methodology is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
