React Developer (WordPress)

We’re hiring 5 React Developers (WordPress)We are seeking a few talented and experienced React Developers (WordPress) to join our team, ShapedPlugin, LLC. As a React Developer, you will work on our new and existing web applications built on the WordPress platform.👉 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Build new Gutenberg block plugins for WordPress/WooCommerce (editor UI + front end)Enhance existing plugins by adding features, improvements, and refinements to the editor's UX.Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs across the editor (React/JS) and front-end behaviors.Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code aligned with WordPress coding standards and best practices.Collaborate closely with senior developers, R&D team, product managers, and designers to translate requirements into shipped features.Participate in code reviews to learn, share feedback, and continuously improve code quality.Stay current with React, modern JavaScript, WordPress Core, and the Gutenberg editor ecosystem.👉 REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Strong Knowledge of JavaScript/React (ES6+, hooks, component patterns, state/effect).1-2 years of hands-on experience in Gutenberg blocks development (block.json, attributes, InspectorControls, @wordpress/data).Dynamic blocks with React–PHP integration (render_callback, REST, hydration).Advanced PHP for WordPress (OOP, Composer, coding standards, security).Solid WordPress core knowledge (actions/filters, enqueueing, i18n, roles, settings).WooCommerce architecture (data stores, hooks/filters, templates, cart/checkout).MySQL for WordPress (efficient WP_Query/WPDB usage, indexing, migrations).Tooling & quality ( @wordpress/scripts, Webpack/Babel, npm/yarn, performance, a11y, testing). 👉 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Your academic background and grades are not a factor in our decision.
