Job Description

We are seeking a skilled virtualization engineer to join our team. The virtualization engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of virtualized infrastructures in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing virtual environments to support both production and development environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy and maintain virtualized infrastructureWork alongside cross-functional teams to support projects related to virtualizationConduct capacity planning and performance analysis of virtual infrastructuresTroubleshoot issues related to virtualization and collaborate with other teams to resolve themCreate and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams and standard operating proceduresResearch and recommend new virtualization technologies and implement approved solutionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a virtualization engineerStrong experience with VMware ESX and vSphereExperience with Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Experience with public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PerlExcellent communication and collaboration skills
