You are essentially driving the company's growth and reputation in a new geographical area.What You’ll Get💰 Permanent Global Contract - With a competitive salary🏥 Private Healthcare - From day one💻 Top-Tier Tech Setup - Brand new MacBook + full onboarding kit🧠 Career Growth Framework - Clear, personalised, and fast-moving🎯 Bonus Scheme - Performance-related, quarterly paid🌴 14 Days PTO + Public Holidays - Real time off🧪 Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week🍛 Refreshments - Free Lunch and Dinner for you to enjoyWhat You’ll DoPharma / Government / Insurance Partner ManagementLead relationship development and expansion with key partners including Servier, VSS, Victoria Healthcare, and others.Identify, pursue, and close high-impact partnership opportunities across pharma, governmental health bodies, and insurers.Act as the key local representative in strategic partner discussions and contract execution.Develop joint value propositions and co-branded engagement strategies tailored to each partner’s needs.Hospital Partnership ActivationOversee operations and performance improvement initiatives at hospital sites.Coordinate with hospital staff, KOLs, and marketing teams for training, communication tools, and symposia.Supervise Elfie coordinators and ambassadors on-site.Consumer EngagementExecute patient engagement campaigns and content strategy (e.g., articles, videos, in-app features).Conduct user interviews and integrate feedback into feature updates.Support pharmacovigilance reporting and engineering team campaign execution.Digital Center & KPI ManagementManage digital engagement flows and AI-powered user interaction strategies.Collaborate with engineering to run targeted campaigns and improve retention KPIs.Maintain dashboards and reporting metrics and supervise a small team of project specialists.What You’ll Need8+ years’ experience across Pharmaceutical, Consulting, and Startup/Digital Health environments.Track record managing complex partnerships in healthcare or life sciences.Strong Business Development and stakeholder engagement skills across public and private sectors.Digital marketing and/or consumer engagement experience is a plus.Fluency in English and VietnameseStrategic thinking paired with operational follow-through in fast-paced settings.Why Join Elfie?We're a global start-up that is mission-led, and fiercely product-driven.We're building something that improves lives - and we're doing it with a culture of trust, freedom, and high performance.About ElfieElfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for managing their health.
