Built on Hyperledger Fabric and Solana, Pranachain connects patients, doctors, hospitals, labs, insurers, and research organizations in a single ecosystem — enabling secure, consent-based access, and predictive health insights powered by AI.We’re reimagining healthcare ownership — globally.Role Overview: As Country Representative, you will be the face of Pranachain in your region — driving partnerships, onboarding healthcare providers, engaging institutions, and fostering government and regulatory alignment. You will work closely with the global leadership team to adapt our go-to-market strategy to local needs while ensuring alignment with Pranachain’s mission and brand.This is a high-impact role for a professional who understands healthcare, technology, and relationship-building.Responsibilities: Represent Pranachain in all official capacities within the country or region.Build and manage strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, labs, insurers, research institutions, and regulators.Lead onboarding efforts for healthcare facilities and professionals to adopt the Pranachain platform.Identify partnership and investment opportunities to expand Pranachain’s presence.Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team on local campaigns, events, and PR.Provide insights on local healthcare regulations, digital health policies, and blockchain adoption trends.Support pilot programs and product deployments with local stakeholders.Prepare monthly progress reports, including KPIs, pipeline, and engagement outcomes.Serve as a trusted voice of Pranachain, representing the brand’s values and technological leadership.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in healthcare management, business development, or digital health.Strong understanding of healthcare systems and data privacy regulations in your country.Experience working with startups, blockchain projects, or health tech platforms is an asset.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.Comfortable engaging with both public and private sector stakeholders.
