Our team is reimagining compliance through automation and innovation, enabling financial institutions to stay compliant while growing confidently.Role SummaryWe’re seeking a proactive Revenue Operations & Strategic Partnerships Lead to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in driving sales excellence, partnerships, and new revenue streams particularly through AI training programs and ecosystem collaborations.This role combines business development, partnerships, and operations, serving as both a sales strategist and a Chief of Staff to the CRO. You’ll help scale our revenue organization, manage execution discipline, and grow our training and partnership revenues.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Training Sales: Own and expand Pastel’s AI education business line from client outreach and proposal development to delivery coordination and revenue tracking.Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage ecosystem partnerships with banks, fintechs, and regulators.Revenue Operations: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and processes that improve pipeline visibility and forecasting.CRO Office Support: Attend all CRO and Sales meetings, document key outcomes, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-ups across sub-teams.Strategic Projects: Research and execute initiatives that strengthen Pastel’s market positioning and revenue diversification.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Brand, and Data teams to turn training and partnerships into commercial outcomes.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.Experience: 3–5 years in business development, partnerships, or revenue operations (preferably in tech or education).Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion) and strong presentation skills.Understanding of AI, fintech, or compliance landscape is a plus.Performance IndicatorsQuarterly AI training revenue.Number of partnerships initiated and converted.Conversion of training clients into product leads.Accuracy and timeliness of revenue reporting and follow-ups.What We OfferA front-row seat in shaping Africa’s AI-driven fintech ecosystem.Hybrid work flexibility and exposure to high-level business strategy.A collaborative environment with opportunities for career progression.Competitive compensation and performance incentives.
