Rooted in our core values of Transformation, Excellence, and Experience, we design learning solutions that create measurable impact, elevate individual potential, and strengthen organisational capability.About The Role:We are seeking a Business Development Executive who is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about building relationships that deliver measurable business results.The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling Crosstie’s monthly open training programmes. The ideal candidate will sell learning experiences, manage leads effectively, convert prospects into long-term clients, and play a key role in generating leads, engaging clients, and achieving revenue targets across the firm’s training service lines.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation: ○ Drive sales of Crosstie's monthly open programmes to achieve assigned revenue targets.○ Convert leads into paying clients through consistent follow-up, pitching, and negotiation.2. Open Programme Promotion & Marketing: ○ Work with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that attract participants.○ Create and manage digital and offline outreach strategies to fill programme seats monthly.3. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:○ Identify, research, and qualify new leads from different industries.○ Maintain an updated sales pipeline, track conversions, and report weekly progress.4. Client Relationship Management:○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.○ Ensure repeat participation and client retention through excellent service delivery.5. Proposal & Presentation Support:○ Develop proposals and quotes for prospective clients within agreed timelines.○ Present and communicate value propositions that align with client needs.6. Market Research & Insights:○ Monitor industry trends, client preferences, and competitor offerings.○ Provide insights to enhance programme positioning and sales effectiveness.7. Reporting & Documentation:○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and prepare weekly reportsIdeal Candidate:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in training or consulting).Passionate about sales,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong relationship-building and networking skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.Compensation & Benefits:Health Insurance (HMO)PensionCommission & Performance Bonuses₦250,000 – ₦350,000 (Gross Monthly Salary)
