Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Festac Town, Lagos for a Business Development & Operations Manager. The role involves managing daily operations, driving sales initiatives, and developing strategies to enhance business growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, analyzing performance data, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Business Development Operations Manager will also collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients and partners.Manage daily operations to ensure a seamless co-working experience.Lead marketing, partnership, and community engagement initiatives.Identify and drive new revenue opportunities and business expansion plans.Oversee client relations, space utilization, and event coordination.Maintain operational efficiency and brand excellence.Qualifications Proficiency in Operations Management and BudgetingStrong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-makingExcellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholdersExperience in Sales and developing business growth strategiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldExperience in the coworking or remote workspace industry is a plus
