Job Description

The key purpose of this role is responsible to analyze, report and optimize inventory and warehouse processes in order to drive improvement on supply chain losses / overheads. Ensuring T2 Warehouses processes are developed & implemented to meet key productivity & safety outputs. Warehouse optimized to meet Inventory policy targets.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Daily inventory controls & open cycles reviewed; gaps identified & actions implemented to closeInventory postings tracked & monitored with all deviations highlighted & communicatedUnderstand and report on packaging interface discrepancies and assist Ops Warehouses with resolving in-transfer variancesWeekly reporting on Supply Chain Overheads (Obsolescence, breakages, inventory count differences, missing bottles, etc.)Monitor demand changes and impact on inventory holdingRegional consolidation and reporting of SCO full package & Container Impairment losses, gaps identified & action plans implementedConsolidate and report on Latest Estimates for Year to Go on a monthly basis by WD5Annual Warehouse & Inventory budgets & monthly LE agreed & signed-off (SCO & Container Impairments) to achieve VLC & ZBB targetsObsolescence analysis and projections done weekly and monthlyImplement and monitor Inventory DPO processes (SOPs)T1 claims process compliance with claims tracked & closed.T2 Invoice and shortage recovery process compliance tracked & closedCompliance to the freshness & rotation policy as per & DPO standardsMonthly audit on inventory & warehouse processes, test controls & review KPI’s , review storage capacity (FG & Containers)People capability built in the warehouse functional areas, ensuring SOPs & OPL’s aligned to DPO requirementsTraining material developed & training sessions conductedWarehouse Safety controls & design in place to ensure, safe walkways, man vs machine segregation, stacking & safe ways to work.Warehouse compliant to DPO quality fundamentals3rdParty contracts managed with standard SLA developed & implemented for picking & sorting operationsStandardised processes developed & implemented for sorting & picking operation to improve quality & productivityWeekly review of inventory policy adherence to ensure SL targets achieved & avoid obsolescence product write-offWeekly review of product age to ensure adherence to freshness & rotation policyRTI& T1 empties return plan adherenceBottle loss and FRI implementationSupport production performance and execution against the production plan -Downtime Caused by Logistics reducedOwner of LCP assigned pillarsDPO & VPO implemented, Means achieved to drive results.
