Job Opening: Courier & Operations AssociateLocation: Mango Lane, Haatso, GhanaWe’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Courier & Operations Associate to support our delivery operations end-to-end. Beyond daily logistics, this role plays a major part in building and managing our courier network — from scouting and onboarding to supervising field performance. You’ll help ensure our couriers are well-trained, our operations run smoothly, and our customers stay happy.Key Responsibilities:Courier Network Management • Scout, screen, and onboard new couriers as operational demand grows. • Train and retrain couriers on delivery procedures, customer service, technology tools, safety guidelines, and best practices. • Monitor and supervise couriers during field operations to ensure high performance and compliance. • Track courier attendance, performance, and route adherence, resolving issues proactively.Operations Management • Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules with the operations team. • Oversee live delivery activities and intervene when operational issues arise. • Support packaging, labelling, sorting, and basic warehouse tasks when required. • Maintain accurate delivery logs and operational records in internal systems. • Recommend process improvements based on courier performance and customer feedback.Customer Support Collaboration • Work closely with the Customer Support Team to resolve delivery-related customer issues quickly and professionally. • Provide on-ground feedback and insights that help improve customer satisfaction and reduce recurring issues.Courier Duties • Assist with package pickups and drop-offs during peak hours or emergency situations. • Follow safe, timely delivery practices and maintain excellent communication during routes.What We’re Looking For:Experience in logistics, operations, dispatch, or courier management (preferred).
