Tap & Order is a fast-growing Super App transforming how people in Ghana move, shop, and access services. Our platform integrates ride-hailing, courier services, shuttle mobility, marketplace shopping, and professional service bookings — all in one seamless ecosystem. We are expanding our mobility and delivery network. We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and street-smart Rider & Driver Recruitment Lead to help build our supply base of riders, drivers, and vehicle partners.Role Overview: The Rider & Driver Recruitment Lead is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, training, and activating all riders and drivers who join the Tap & Order mobility ecosystem. You will be the engine behind our mobility and delivery operations — ensuring we always have enough couriers, taxi drivers, car owners, tricycle operators, mini-truck drivers, and shuttle drivers ready to serve customers. This role requires confidence, hustle, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Ghana’s transport environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & SourcingIdentify and recruit riders (motorbikes), tricycle operators, taxi drivers, car owners, mini-truck drivers, and shuttle driversConduct field recruitment in hotspots such as stations, terminals, campuses, and busy junctionsBuild relationships with rider groups, unions, and fleet ownersGenerate a constant pipeline of interested mobility partnersOnboarding & ActivationCollect required documents (ID, license, roadworthy certificates, insurance, etc.)Assist drivers and riders to download the app and complete registrationProvide orientation on using the Tap & Order driver/rider appTrain new recruits on customer service, safety, and delivery/ride standardsEnsure new mobility partners are activated and ready to accept tripsManagement & SupportMonitor daily rider and driver activityIdentify inactive partners and re-engage themResolve onboarding issues or app-related challengesWork with operations team to ensure balanced supply on all routesMaintain a high level of partner satisfaction and retentionField OperationsVisit high-demand areas to mobilize new riders/driversConduct periodic training sessions and refresher programsAssess potential opportunities for mobility expansionGather field insights to improve operations and product functionalityReporting & PerformanceTrack recruitment numbers, activation rates, and performance metricsSubmit weekly updates on onboarding progressAnalyze supply-demand gaps and propose solutionsRecommend growth strategies for mobility categoriesQualificationsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field (preferred)1–3 years experience in rider/driver recruitment, logistics, fleet coordination, or field operationsStrong communication and persuasion skillsConfident approaching riders, drivers, and fleet partnersAbility to work in a fast-paced, field-heavy environmentSolid understanding of Ghana’s mobility/transport spaceSmartphone literacy and ability to teach others how to use an appMust be highly organized and results-drivenWhat We’re Looking ForA natural recruiter who can convince people quicklySomeone who relates well with drivers and ridersStreet-smart, confident, and comfortable working outdoorsA self-starter who can work with minimal supervisionSomeone motivated by targets, bonuses, and growthCompensationBase salaryAttractive onboarding commissionsPerformance bonusesTransport allowance for field workHow to Apply: Submit your CV and a brief message explaining why you’re the best fit for this role. 📩 Email: careers@taporderafrica.com
