We specialize in skincare products, power banks, and diverse consumer goods, delivering value, variety, and reliability to our wholesale and retail partners across Ghana.Job Summary:We are seeking a Creative Digital Manager with experience in FMCG, skincare, electronics, or trading businesses to lead our online marketing and social media initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage advertising campaigns, and optimize sales performance, ensuring brand growth and engagement across key platforms.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy and Planning: Develop the overall online marketing strategy, set monthly sales targets and KPIs, and lead execution across social media channels.2. Advertising Placement & Optimization:Manage the company's advertising budget and conduct precise placement on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with a core KPI of maintaining ROAS ≥ 3:1.3. Data Analysis & Decision-Making: Monitor daily advertising data, fan growth, and sales conversion rates; provide weekly analysis reports; optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.4. Platform Management:Coordinate content direction and operational pace for official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to grow the fan base to 5,000+ followers within 2 months.5. Content Creation & Brand Promotion: Produce engaging content including graphics, short-form videos, and posts aligned with the brand identity to increase visibility and sales.6. Market Insight & Local Expertise: Apply knowledge of the Ghanaian market to inform marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.7. Collaboration & Reporting: Work with sales and distribution teams, manage influencer collaborations, and prepare reports on campaign performance and business impact.Job Requirements:2+ years of social media operation experience in cross-border or local e-commerce, with verifiable successful cases and results.Proficient in Meta advertising backend (Business Manager), with the ability to target audiences, set conversion goals, and optimize campaigns.
