Marketing Officer

Bandwidth Global is a fast-growing African talent company focused on hiring professionals across Africa and supporting global businesses in various industries.We provide staffing, recruitment solutions, and managed services to companies in logistics, tech, e-commerce, creative industries, finance, and more.We are looking for a Marketing Officer who understands global markets and who can help us build and promote services that meet the needs of different industries worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Bandwidth Globals mission. Produce engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, website, newsletters, and campaigns. Research global industries (technology, logistics, finance, education, etc.) to understand how Bandwidth Global can serve them. Work with the Sales team to develop service offerings based on industry trends and client needs. Lead the companys online visibility and employer-branding initiatives. Manage paid ads (where applicable) and improve reach and engagement. Track performance of marketing activities and provide weekly reports. Assist with branding, documentation, and campaign execution for new service lines.Ideal Candidate2-4+ years experience in marketing (agency or corporate). Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics. Ability to research industries and create service-aligned marketing ideas. Good writing and communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to execute consistently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
