About The RoleTo play a crucial role in enhancing the company's market intelligence, identifying emerging trends, and facilitating strategic decision-making. Having the ability to conduct accurate market research is paramount for identifying potential growth opportunities, understanding customer preferences, and staying ahead of competitors. This requires skills such as data analysis, trend analysis, market segmentation, and consumer behavior analysis among others as follows; To provide dedicated and committed Professional service to all customers and the Marketing Team. To provide expert support and advice to both customers and colleagues on all activities we render. To deliver exceptional business performance through effective and efficient leadership of the teams under your supervision. Responsible for the overall performance of the Marketing Department to ensure provision of flawless, timely, accurate, and error-free services to both internal and external customers.ResponsibilitiesAchieve marketing and sales objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.Generate sales, lead the team to achieve annual sales targets.Identify market trends and implementing change.Identify and define our market opportunities, consumer requirements, competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share.Improve product marketability and profitability Researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.Meets budget objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Developing annual sales quotas for projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.Ensure total customer service quality standards are achieved.Sustains rapport with existing key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.Ensure consistent lead generation.Train new sales personnel to ensure success.Work cooperatively with all departments in a spirit of teamwork to address problem areas.Safeguard the assets of the company and reveal no information to competitors or outside parties, which could be harmful to our business.Education And/or Work Experience Requirementsü Minimum Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing Management and Projects Management is preferred.ü Professional Qualification in Marketing (CIMG)ü At least seven (7) years experience in a related field.ü Two (2) years of prior management experience.ü Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.ü Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.ü Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.ü Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.ü Positive and enthusiastic.Skills: customer,sales,management,marketing
