Join Our Team as a Warehouse Assistant!The warehouse assistant will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. The warehouse assistant will also package, scan, and prepare orders for delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting quotas, and experienced in inventory software and databases.Your MissionOn-site consignment stock management: Incoming and outgoing itemsOrganization of inventories and stock reconciliationsInvoicing of ordersManagement of stock replenishment: Analysis of consumption history and replenishment proposal, taking into account forecastsManagement of quotation requests and ordersEnsure the accuracy of the documentation and ensure its transmission to the clientPerform all required handling workEnsure the safety of the warehouse and the goods as well as their cleanliness in compliance with the rules of the siteProvide the required assistance to the customer for all questions relating to Logistics and be a relay for Epiroc with the customerPerform any other tasks deemed necessary by the hierarchyYour Profile:Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply.Flexibility to hours of operations and desire to be part of the 24 hour on call schedule.Good time management skills.Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and knowledge of safe lifting methods.Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.Computer literacy, including working skills of MS Office, Excel and MicrosoftAttention to detail.Location of the roleThis position is located in Obuasi, GhanaWhy Epiroc?Opportunity to be part of a big project with an advanced customer.Ready to Lead with Purpose?Apply now and become part of a team that’s shaping the future of mining and infrastructure.Last Date to Apply: 28 November 2025It all starts with people.
