Job DescriptionThis position is responsible to provide basic support in the Lot Operations Department and perform tasks outdoors. Constantly scanning vehicles in the lot to maintain accurate inventory numbers and vehicle locations. Maintain constant communication with commercial accounts department, customer support team, quadrant and account coordinators, supervisors, and other auction personnel to ensure effective coordination of lot operations activities. Provide support to lot operations employees by moving and labeling vehicles. Assist in the coordination of sale day line-up and execution of sale day activities (i. e. , drive, assist customers in locating vehicles, etc. ).
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Perform other duties as assigned by management. QualificationsMinimum: High School Diploma/GEDGenerally less than 2 years' experience in a related fieldEffective communication skills. Problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time under the sun and outdoors conditions. PreferredExperience using scanners and barcode labels. USD 13. 37 - 20. 00 per hourCompensationHourly base pay rate is $13. 37 - $20. 00/hour.
The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc. ) and/or an incentive program. BenefitsEmployees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
