Crane Operator

Role Description This full-time, on-site Crane Operator role is based in Dublin. The Crane Operator will be responsible for operating RTG’s (Rubber Tyre Gantries) safely and efficiently, to load and unload cargo in port environments. Additional tasks include conducting routine pre-start checks, recording them on paper or electronically and ensuring adherence to safety protocols during lifting operations. The operator will also work closely with the port operations team to meet daily operational needs. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Lifting Operations and experience with Heavy Equipment is a plus but not a requirementProficiency in handling Lifting Equipment and Cranes is a plus but not a requirementValid certifications for crane operation and heavy equipment handling is a plus but not a requirementGood communication skills and the ability to follow instructionsExperience in port or shipping operations is advantageousCommitment to workplace safety and teamwork
