Exciting opportunity to work with a Big4 Company as a Creative Artworker, based in London, UK!4 months contractLondon, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)This role is perfect for a designer with exceptional visual design skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for bringing books to life in the digital space. You'll create compelling visual experiences that help millions of readers discover their next great read across devices, working alongside the industry's best designers and creative minds.Key Qualifications:• Strong command of visual and communication design principles with particular expertise in typography and layout• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop for cover art adaptation and enhancement• Proven ability to create and maintain cohesive visual systems across multiple formats• Extensive experience with photo retouching, compositing, and colour correction• Experience naming files according to production specifications with exceptional attention to detail• Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders• Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process-related issuesIdeal Candidate: • Generates bold creative solutions quickly, thinking laterally whether working independently or collaboratively• Is motivated and driven, and collaborates well with other creatives, creative producers and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems with simple solutions• Thrives in a global creative environment, collaborating with talented teams from Tokyo to London to bring diverse literary perspectives to readers worldwide• Demonstrates high-level taste and sensitivity to visual design trends• Brings both design excellence and an appreciation for literary culture to their work• Maintains exceptional quality standards while managing multiple projects without compromising on craft.• Loves perfecting the details and streamlining how we work.• Contributes fresh ideas for enhancing book discovery and reader engagement.Key Responsibilities:• Design and adapt key artwork for features, curated collections, and promotional campaigns.• Partner with art directors, creative producers, and editorial teams to bring campaigns to life.• Craft visually stunning presentations that bring our campaigns to life for partners and stakeholders.• Develop and maintain design templates and systems that ensure consistent, scalable production.• Document workflows, maintain comprehensive style guides, and share best practices with the team.• Ensure quality excellence through thorough review of all design assets before publication.
