The RoleCore Creative is a team of specialists focused on bringing brilliant creative solutions to life. The team partners with other Core Practices to help our clients build their brands into tangible business results. This role assumes responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of essential administrative functions within the Creative Practice.ResponsibilitiesA successful Client Associate is a great support to their team, a keen learner and a solid executor of tasks. The Associate will be process-oriented with the ability to effectively assist on multiple projects. The candidate must develop a detailed understanding of the systems and tasks involved in campaign implementation and execution, as well as a passion for advertising and creativity. Additionally, the candidate should have an ability to work independently, enthusiasm for process-improvement and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Overall, the Client Associate’s role is to support the Client Manager and Client Director in the delivery of each project, and to support the client contacts by meeting their day to day needs.MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB Take briefs from clients, and agree work requirements / delivery parameters withCreative / Production departments Establish strong relationship with clients, always meeting expectations, becoming a 'safepair of hands' Establish strong working relationships with all internal departments, and also with 3rdparty suppliers Support the Account Manager / other team members in all aspects of the overall deliveryof the project from brief to final delivery of the work Manage the day-to-day elements of the account: briefs, CPAs, estimate requests, quotes,invoicing, POs etc. Take full ownership of small projects, where allocated by Account Manager / AccountDirector Help achieve meet team revenue targets, feeding into forecasting as required Work fastidiously to all agency processesDuties And ResponsibilitiesBriefing Acknowledge brief upon receipt, and agree with client when agency will revert withcomments Working with the Account Manager, review brief and revert with questions. If necessary,arrange follow-up briefing session with client Co-create creative brief with Account Manager, sending to client for approval wherenecessary Open job numbers for each deliverable, ensuring that corresponding job bag is created onserver Collate and share all materials and assets that pertain to the brief Share work, information, assets with other partner agencies as necessaryCampaign management Create initial 'key milestones' CPA and send to client, ensuring that the resource managerhas agreed topline timings in advance Ensure that the status report is updated and circulated each week Manage third party suppliers in terms of costs, timings and instructionsConcept development Working collaboratively with the creative teams and Account Manager to ensure thatwork produced is on brief Arrange WIP review meetings with the creative team(s), Account Manager and AccountDirector Maintain high standards and consistency across smaller, day-to-day jobsBudget management Work with Account Manager to supply accurate estimates to clients Invoice in a timely manner to maintain agency cash flow Ensure that all agency time and all external costs are recouped, without exception Reconcile all jobs prior to invoicing. Ensure that all hours and third party costs areinvoiced accurately Maintain all internal financial documents (e.g. Financial Tracker, Outstanding PO reportetc.), sharing with the team as appropriateCampaign analysis Facilitate the monitoring / tracking of work, inputting data and producing reports asrequested Proactively seek out competitor information, and relevant information other sectors andterritoriesYour profileExperience No previous experience is required but a passion for the industry is essential Ability to prioritize and manage workload Sense of procedure within a corporate environment Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Powerpoint, Excel andOutlook.
