Our team moves fast, loves what we do, and we’re growing our Talent Marketing team — the creative crew behind all the visuals, videos, and campaigns that attract amazing candidates.If you’re a creative designer who loves making things look amazing, has a curious techy side, and wants to design content that actually means something (like helping people land their next job), we’d love to meet you.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Content Designer who can design eye-catching visuals and short videos for our talent attraction campaigns — and who isn’t afraid to get hands-on with the tech side, like updating landing pages or setting up templates. You’ll work closely with our Content Coordinator and Sourcing team to make sure every asset looks great, feels on-brand, and connects with the right audience.What You’ll DoDesign static assets and short videos for social media, job ads, and email campaigns.Create visuals for emails, job boards, newsletters, and WhatsApp channels.Design and update landing pages — from layout to uploading assets (basic HTML/CSS or no-code tools like Webflow, Wix, or HubSpot are a plus).Build templates and mini brand kits for consistent campaign visuals.Collaborate with the Content Coordinator and Sourcing team to align visuals and messaging.Keep the visual identity strong, modern, and cohesive across platforms.Track performance and adjust creative direction based on results.What You’ll Need2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital marketing.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.Experience with short-form videos, animations, or reels for social media.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or no-code landing page editors.Strong attention to detail and sense of aesthetic balance.Organized and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.Bonus: experience working in a staffing or recruiting agency and knowing what gets candidates to click “apply.”Nice-to-HaveFamiliarity with tools like Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Sites/Webflow/Wix.
