Job Description

Role OverviewHilton Mauritius Resort & Spa is looking for a Creative Content Specialist to lead and execute the creation of engaging visual content across all digital platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on, creative individual with a passion for storytelling through photography, videography, and design. You will be responsible for showcasing the hotel’s experiences in an authentic and compelling way from dreamy sunsets on the beach to vibrant culinary moments. Key Responsibilities Plan, produce, and edit photo and video content to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media. Create and manage short-form video content (Reels, Stories, etc. ).

Design static and animated content for social media, digital screens, internal communication, and print collaterals. Organize and execute shooting sessions for F&D, Rooms, Spa, Events, and other hotel departments. Collaborate with the Marketing & PR Manager to build a content calendar aligned with the hotel's brand and business goals. Maintain the hotel’s visual content library, ensuring easy access and brand consistency. Monitor trends and propose creative ideas to increase online visibility and audience engagement. Assist during events, influencer visits or PR activations by capturing behind-the-scenes and live content.

Required Skills & Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communication, or similar. Proven experience (2+ years) in content creation, especially within hospitality, lifestyle, or agency environments. Proficiency in Canva & Cap Cut Strong video editing and photography skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (especially Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). Highly creative, autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive.
