Job Description

ionOur Boston based client is looking for a Graphic Designer with 5+ years' experience; the clinet is looking for project based speicifally for marketing design-ie email, banner ads, and social media campaigns. If you have previous experience as a Brand or Marketing Designer and want to pick up some work, get in touch! Responsibilities:

Work as the Design lead on a mix of web and print; emails, social, catalog, bannersCollaberate on projects with Copy and other members of the marketing taemCollaborate and manage workflows within internal teams to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budgetConsistently identify design opportunities across brand system and marketing channels, working with PM to define and build briefs to addressSuggest and assist in brand and campaign workshops/brainstormsContribute to cross-company weekly status meetingsPresent new designs and design strategy behind campaigns, carefully articulating decisions and goalsIdentify & track internal creative resource allocations Proactively identify issues and propose solutions and/or assist with the removal of blockers.

Escalate when necessary Requirements/Skills: 5+ years experience as a Designer and strong experience with Creative CloudExperience managing digital design campaignsExperience working autonomously while properly managing-upStrong portfolio of work with examples of emails, banners and social media campaignsUnwavering attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
