Job TitleCreative Design ExecutiveJob Description SummaryThe Creative Design Executive plays a key role in supporting the objectives of the C&W Creative & Design Services team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with C&W’s brand standards and supports Business Development initiatives across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will bring strong design skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to deliver impactful creative solutions for both print and digital platforms.Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Assemble images, typography, and motion graphics using C&W-approved templates, software, and hardware to produce visual content for print and digital media.Ensure all design outputs strictly follow C&W brand guidelines, referencing established templates and precedents across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.Deliver assigned design tasks efficiently under the direction of the Team Leader or authorized colleagues, maintaining quality and timeliness.Utilize only authorized design tools and templates to maintain consistency and compliance with company standards.Collaborate with global design references to align creative outputs with C&W’s international branding standards.About YouProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Ceros and digital/print production processes is a plus.Demonstrates creativity within brand guidelines, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to sharing ideas and contributing to team success.Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphics, Advertising/Media, or related field; 1–3 years of design experience preferred, with exposure to corporate branding and bid/tender design.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
