Creative Designer 3D Event & Exhibition ( MICE )

We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and talented Creative 3D Event & Exhibition Designer to join our dynamic creative team. If you possess the ability to transform conceptual ideas into stunning, functional, and purpose-driven 3D designs for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) industry, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualization & Design: Translate client briefs into creative, out-of-the-box, and practical 3D design concepts for various events (exhibitions, conferences, product launches, custom booths, etc.).3D Visualization: Create precise 3D models, realistic renderings (such as walkthroughs or fly-throughs), and technical layouts (floor plans, elevations, construction details).Presentation: Develop compelling and persuasive design presentation materials for client pitches, clearly explaining the concept, functionality, and aesthetic of the design.Technical Coordination: Work closely with the Production and Construction teams to ensure designs can be realized effectively within budget and technical constraints in the field.Material Management: Incorporate material specifications, lighting schemes, and branding guidelines into every design to maximize visual impact and visitor experience.Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a 3D Designer, preferably within an Event Organizer (EO), exhibition/trade show, or design agency setting.Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in essential 3D design software (mandatory):3D Max / SketchUp / RhinoV-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (for rendering)AutoCAD (for technical drawings)Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Creativity & Innovation: Possess a strong design sense, good sense of scale, and the ability to adapt to various client and brand guidelines.Other Skills: Ability to work under tight deadlines, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills for presentations.Portfolio: Must submit a portfolio showcasing exhibition booth designs, stage setups, or large-scale event setups.Why join us?Creative, supportive environment.Competitive salary and growth opportunities.See your design come to life in real-world events!
