About the RoleWe’re looking for a versatile and hands-on Creative Designer who can bring ideas to life across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their creative process, collaborates well with others, and transforms strategic direction into visually engaging and effective assets.The Benefits:100% Work From HomeAttendance, Performance, and Referral BonusesPaid Holidays and Time OffsHealth InsuranceContinuous Learning and DevelopmentBi-weekly salary payoutWork-Life BalanceWhat You’ll DoCollaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop creative materials that align with strategic goals and brand standards.Take full ownership of the creative process—from concept to final delivery—while incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams.Design a variety of assets, including:Static graphics and social media visualsMarketing decks and printed materialsShort-form videos and motion graphicsLanding pages (using Webflow or WordPress)Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all digital and offline touchpoints.Communicate effectively with marketing stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling, on-brand designs.What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience as a Designer (graphic, digital, or creative).Proven ability to own creative projects from start to finish while working collaboratively across teams.Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, etc.).Experience using Webflow or WordPress for landing page creation and updates.Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and usability.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand and speak the “language of marketing.”Ability to work independently and turn high-level direction into polished, effective creative assets.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with the affiliate or influencer marketing space.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Marketing.Experience creating and editing short-form videos for social media.Application Process: Initial Interview -> Profile and Portfolio Review -> Creative Test -> GA Final Interview -> Client InterviewSalary Range: PHP 60,000 - 80,000 per monthNote: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.
