Job Description

ROLE: Graphic Designer (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator experience is required)JOB DESCRIPTION:Develop brochures, flyers, postcards, signage, and other marketing materials using Colliers’ brand templates and guidelines.Create visually consistent and polished CIMs and proposals for property marketing and client presentations.Ensure all materials adhere to Colliers’ visual identity standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.Work closely with brokers, marketing coordinators, and admin assistants to refine materials and incorporate feedback efficiently.Maintain organized digital files of design assets, ensuring easy access and version control.Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office tools to produce final deliverables.Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines while maintaining attention to accuracy and design quality.HARD REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (real estate or corporate marketing preferred).Extremely knowledgeable using Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries.Extremely knowledgeable using Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).Excellent eye for layout, typography, and brand cohesion.Strong communication and collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.Experience creating marketing collateral for real estate or professional services industries.A strong and professional portfolio of previous works to show how qualified you are for the role.HOURS/WEEK:40 hours per weekSCHEDULE:Monday to Friday7AM - 3PM Pacific Standard Time ZoneOFFER:$5 USD/hour to $7 USD/hour
