We’re looking for an All-round Creative Designer who is equally strong in Retail Visual Merchandising (VM) and POS artworking as they are in digital creative execution.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a designer who can bring creative concepts to life across retail environments, digital platforms, and campaigns, ensuring every execution feels elevated, consistent, and on-brand.You’ll take full ownership of Retail VM and POS production, supporting campaign rollouts from initial brief to final in-store installation — while also collaborating across digital and eCommerce channels. The ideal candidate combines design craft, production knowledge, and curiosity for AI-driven creative tools.Key Responsibilities:Retail VM & POS DesignDesign and artwork retail visual merchandising assets including:Gondola and counter displaysA1 posters and hero printsL-boards, shelf talkers, and wobblersWindow vinyls, lightboxes, and retail screen content (static and motion)Translate creative concepts into production-ready artwork that delivers impact in-store and adheres to retailer specifications.Develop and maintain POS & VM guideline decks to ensure consistent brand execution across retail partners.Manage the end-to-end retail creative process:Brief interpretation and layout designArtwork setup and pre-press checksPrinter liaison and material approvalsFinal QC and delivery coordinationMaintain a strong awareness of store environments and customer journey to optimise layout, placement, and hierarchy.Digital & Campaign DesignSupport digital design workloads, including:Product Detail Pages (PDPs)Emails and newsletters (designed in Figma)Paid social and campaign creatives (static, carousel, and short-form video)Adapt brand and campaign visuals across channels while maintaining design consistency and storytelling integrity.Create digital assets that complement retail campaigns for seamless omni-channel alignment.Creative Operations & CollaborationWork swiftly and efficiently across multiple briefs, shifting seamlessly from retail to digital as needed.Present work and concepts confidently to the Founder and Senior Executive Team, articulating creative rationale clearly.Track and manage all active briefs, providing clear status updates to the Creative Director  and channel stakeholders.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Retail, and eCommerce teams to ensure assets meet strategic and commercial goals.Maintain organised file structures, version control, and asset libraries for all retail and digital artwork.AI & InnovationChampion the integration of AI tools (e.g., image and video generation, layout automation) into the creative workflow.Stay informed about emerging creative technologies, experimenting with ways to enhance efficiency and output quality.Support internal upskilling by sharing AI learnings and best practices with the wider creative team.Skills & Experience:5+ years’ experience in a creative or artworking role, ideally within retail, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.Proven experience producing high-quality retail VM and POS artwork from concept to final print.Strong technical understanding of print production, materials, formats, and retailer specifications.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Figma proficiency essential for digital work.Experience building POS guideline decks and managing artwork rollouts across multiple store formats.Excellent attention to detail, colour accuracy, and visual hierarchy.Familiarity with motion graphics or short-form video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) desirable.Curiosity and working knowledge of AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT).Personal Attributes:Meticulous, methodical, and proud of pixel-perfect work.Equally comfortable crafting layouts and solving production challenges.Confident presenter with a professional, collaborative approach.Calm under pressure, thrives on fast-paced turnarounds and evolving briefs.Forward-thinking, curious, and driven by creative innovation.Reporting to:Creative DirectorLocation:Great Western Studios, W2Why Join Us:This role is ideal for a designer who loves seeing their work come to life — from the retail floor to the digital feed.You’ll help shape how our brand is experienced in-store and online, working with a passionate team that values creativity, precision, and the future of design powered by AI.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.PensionEmployee discounts on all our skincare products and a monthly product allowanceWork related travel, accommodation and meals expensed (in line with expenses policy)Complimentary Team lunch x2 weekDog-friendly office
