We work with some of the fastest-growing companies in health, wellness, tech, and lifestyle—producing high-impact creative that blends strategy, platform fluency, and great design.The RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our New York team. You’ll design social-first creative that captures attention, tells a story, and performs across paid and organic channels.You’ll collaborate with senior designers, strategists, and editors to bring ideas to life across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a sharp creative eye, strong sense of composition and motion, and experience working in fast-moving creative environments.What you'll be doingDesign and adapt visual assets for paid and organic social campaigns.Support and occasionally lead design for brand content, pitch decks, and campaign materials.Translate briefs into clear, high-performing design concepts.Experiment with new tools, formats, and trends in digital design.Work in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools to deliver high-quality work quickly.Ideal QualificationsHave 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency, startup, or in-house marketing team.Understand how to design for clarity, emotion, and performance on social platforms.Have strong taste, attention to detail, and the ability to iterate quickly.Communicate clearly, stay organized, and meet deadlines consistently.Are curious about AI, motion, and emerging design workflows.InfoHours: 30–35 hours per weekReports To: Senior Designer / Creative DirectorCompensation: Competitive hourly rate up to $45/hour, depending on experience
