We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.  We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with Graphic & Video Editing skillset to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual content and producing engaging content to support branding, promotional campaigns, social activations, and various marketing efforts.  What You’ll Do: Visual Content Creation & Campaign Concepts End-to-end design: Produce and work on on-brand assets—digital ads, social media posts, email banners, infographics, slide decks, whitepapers, and web graphics & UI, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. Creative ideation: Brainstorm and pitch fresh, campaign-driving concepts that align with marketing goals (awareness, lead generation, product launches, emotional ads, teasers, video scripting, direction & flow). Rapid prototyping: Develop quick mockups (sketches, wireframes) to visualize ideas, iterate with the team, and deliver polished final designs within deadlines. Video production: Plan, script, storyboard, shoot (or coordinate shoots), and edit short-form videos (30–90 seconds) for social reels, testimonials, product demos, and motion-graphics explainers. Asset management: Maintain an organized library of brand assets, templates, and style guides for fast access and reusability.  Creative Direction & Trend-Led Recommendations Trend monitoring: Stay on top of visual, motion-graphics, and UX/UI trends in B2B SaaS, HRTech, and fintech marketing—translating insights into design innovations. Brand evolution: Collaborate on refining Verity’s visual identity—updating brand guidelines, proposing new graphic motifs, illustrations, or animation styles to keep the brand modern and distinctive. Cross-functional alignment: Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure visual content supports user-journeys, presentations, and post-sales collateral.   What We’re Looking For: Education & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and animation is an advantage. Soft Skills: Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to different design styles and brand guidelines.  What you’ll enjoy:  Emotional Wellbeing: Paid time off, monthly employee engagement activities.  Financial Wellbeing: Upskilling and career development opportunities
