You’ll lead a talented team of creatives to produce inspiring work that bridges branding, marketing, and advertising, ensuring every visual and campaign delivers strategic impact and emotional resonance.This role requires a balance of creative leadership, art direction, and project discipline, someone who can push creative boundaries while ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all channels.Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee creative development from concept to execution across branding, digital, social, and campaign projects.Ensure all designs and creative outputs align with brand identity, marketing objectives, and advertising strategy.Provide art direction and ensure a consistent, high-quality visual language across all client touchpoints.Collaborate closely with account, strategy, and production teams to translate client goals into compelling creative solutions.Manage and mentor creative teams to foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Present creative concepts and campaigns confidently to clients, articulating the vision and strategy behind the work.Oversee multiple projects with tight timelines, maintaining both quality and creativity under pressure.Stay current with design, marketing, and industry trends to keep the agency’s creative output fresh and competitive.Requirements 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.Proven experience delivering creative work across multiple industries, ideally in B2C sectors (FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, retail, tech, etc.).Strong understanding of how design works across branding, marketing, and advertising channels.Exceptional eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling — with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand coherence.Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to inspire, guide, and motivate teams.Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines without compromising creativity.A standout portfolio showcasing creative direction, art direction, and campaign success stories.What We OfferOpportunity to define and lead the creative vision of a growing agency with a warm culture.Collaborative, fast-paced, and idea-driven and growth culture.Exposure to a wide range of industries and top-tier clients.A platform to push creative boundaries and make a real impact.
