OVERVIEWA senior creative who puts big ideas first and tech second. You don’t code, but you speak tech well enough to know what’s possible, what it costs and how long it takes. You sell that thinking to senior clients and lead teams to turn concepts into measurable, iterative, tech-powered experiences.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdea × Tech – Turn every brief into a compelling story, then pick the right tech canvas (interactive film, AR filters, dynamic DOOH, WebGL, real-time rendering, immersive installations).Tech-Fluent Client Whisperer – Sit at the same table as WebGL, AR/VR and real-time render vendors; translate “cool” into “credible”.48-Hour Clickable Prototype – Run sprints in Figma, AE, low-code or WebGL; let clients experience before they buy.Data Loop – Plug creative into pixels, CRM and performance dashboards; feed results back for fast iteration.Guard Creative & Risk – Balance wow vs. budget, timeline, brand safety and compliance; deliver award-ready, audit-proof work.Talent Magnet – Attract and grow tech-curious creatives; run regular upskill sprints to stay one question ahead of the client.THE PERSON – COMPETENCIES10+ years in 4A or creative hot-shops: awards on the shelf, shipped work in market.Tech Ears – Know what WebGL, Unity, AR filters, dynamic DOOH, real-time rendering can do, cost and take; talk to dev teams without a translator.Business Sense – Read funnel, exposure, engagement, ROI at a glance; turn “cool” into “worth a try”.C-Suite Presence – Fluent English & Mandarin; comfortable in front of brand VP alike.Operator & Coach – Cross-discipline, cross-vendor management; own budget, schedule and risk.CRITICAL SKILLSInteractive & Spatial – WebGL, Unity/Unreal, AR/VR, dynamic DOOH, real-time rendering (scope, cost, sell)Data Feedback – Pixels, CRM, performance dashboards (connect and iterate)Rapid Prototyping – Figma, AE, low-code “enough to demo, then deliver”Dynamic Content – JSON-fed banners, weather/traffic triggers, personalized pages (measure, learn, optimize)One-Page Business Case – “rough cost vs. expected effect” to secure client sign-off
