Creative Lead (Design & Video)

POSITION OVERVIEW:We’re looking for a Creative Lead who’s not just a manager but a hands-on creator. Someone who loves getting into the details of design and video work while also guiding a small team and managing client expectations.The ideal person should have strong creative instincts, a good understanding of what works online, and the ability to turn ideas into visuals that stand out. You’ll be directly involved in design and editing tasks while also providing direction to the rest of the team.What You’ll Do:• Take ownership of design and video projects — from concept to final delivery.• Work hands-on on daily creative tasks including graphics, video edits, and campaign visuals.• Lead by example and guide junior designers and editors where needed.• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and present creative ideas.• Stay up to date with creative and social media trends to keep content relevant.• Review creative outputs to maintain consistency and quality.• Manage timelines and ensure smooth communication between teams.What We’re Looking For:• Strong portfolio in graphic design and video editing.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).• Ability to balance hands-on creative work with light team management.• Great communication and client interaction skills.• Creative thinker with a good understanding of visual storytelling and digital trends.• 2–3 years of experience in a creative or agency role.Nice to Have:• Experience in motion graphics or animation.• Understanding of Meta, TikTok, or YouTube ad creatives.Why Join Us:You’ll get the freedom to create, experiment, and lead.
