We’re looking for a Creative Manager to guide and elevate the creative vision across our client's Production and Marketing teams. This is a leadership role for a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for design, a strong understanding of brand storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling campaigns. You’ll oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring that every project not only meets business objectives but reflects excellence, consistency, and innovation.Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.Conceptualize creative ideas that align with broader marketing and brand strategies.Direct creative outputs across photography, videography, design, and social media.Manage production schedules, project timelines, and delivery milestones.Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all visual and written outputs.Recruit, mentor, and manage creative talent within the department to achieve high performance.Requirements:Qualification in Design, multimedia or related.Proven experience in the Creative field with experience in art direction and creative leadership.Project management experience.Experienced with conceptual development and campaign design.Knowledge of Photo and video production will be beneficial.
