In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Creative Manager to support and oversee day-to-day creative operations, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns and content across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with designers, editors, writers, and social teams to deliver impactful, high-quality creative output that resonates with a global youth audience.Key Responsibilities:Creative Leadership & StrategyLead, inspire, and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and copywriters to deliver impactful creative work.Develop and implement creative strategies that align with overall brand and business objectives.Oversee the conceptualization, design, and execution of campaigns across multiple digital channels.Ensure that all creative output maintains brand consistency, meets high-quality standards, and reflects the company’s identity and values.Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to the creative team to foster growth and innovation.Content Development & ManagementOversee the planning, creation, and approval of visual and written content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.Manage and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring all campaigns and posts are timely, strategic, and cohesive.Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and visual style across all digital and social media touchpoints.Lead and monitor the creation and scheduling of daily content, ensuring high levels of audience engagement and platform performance.Collaborate on digital campaigns, trending reels, brand collaborations, and social storytelling to enhance engagement and reach.Performance Analysis & OptimizationMonitor all digital channels daily to track views, engagement, and audience metrics, ensuring performance targets are met.Conduct 24-hour performance reviews on active campaigns and projects to measure content effectiveness and ROI.Review and approve all assigned videos, visuals, and campaign materials prior to production or publishing.Analyze insights, trends, and analytics to inform creative decisions and refine ongoing strategies.Develop a clear understanding of revenue streams, performance indicators, and conversion metrics across digital channels.Collaboration & Brand IntegrationWork closely with creative, design, and editing teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.Oversee branding initiatives — from concept creation to implementation — ensuring cohesive storytelling and identity alignment.Conduct ongoing research to identify new trends, creative opportunities, content formats, and potential licensing or collaboration partnerships.Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, social media algorithms, and creative tools to ensure the brand remains relevant and forward-thinking.What We’re Looking ForCreative leadership – Ability to guide, mentor, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, editors, and writers.Strategic mindset – Skilled in supporting the development of creative strategies that align with brand objectives and digital trends.Strong coordination – Capable of managing multiple projects, teams, and deadlines while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.Content expertise – Familiarity with both visual and written storytelling, with an eye for detail in design, copy, and overall creative execution.Trend awareness – Up to date with the latest digital media trends, platform updates, and audience engagement techniques.Quality-driven – Committed to ensuring that all creative output meets high standards of originality, consistency, and brand alignment.Collaborative spirit – Comfortable working cross-functionally with social media managers, editors, and strategists to deliver cohesive campaigns.Problem-solving approach – Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.Communication skills – Able to give constructive feedback, articulate creative direction clearly, and contribute to brainstorming sessions effectively.Passion for creativity – A genuine enthusiasm for digital culture, innovative storytelling, and producing content that connects with global audiences.Blended Working at The Journal Post GroupAt The Journal Post Group, we follow a blended working model.
