We’re expanding our creative team to enhance our digital presence and strengthen our brand identity.Position OverviewWe’re seeking a Creative Marketing & Content Associate to grow Kemistry’s online presence through engaging visuals, smart marketing ideas, and creative storytelling. Perfect for someone passionate about design, marketing, and social media.Key Responsibilities• Develop creative ideas to boost sales and brand awareness.• Design and create digital content (posts, reels, stories, etc.).• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok): posting, replying, and DMs.• Use Adobe Illustrator and Canva to create aesthetic visuals.• Assist in campaigns, collaborations, and influencer outreach.• Research and apply current digital trends to keep content fresh.• Track performance and suggest improvements.Requirements• Current student (preferably in Marketing, Media, or Design).• Skilled in Canva & Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop/Premiere Pro is a plus).• Strong understanding of social media, branding, and marketing.• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.• Good communication in English & Bangla.• Self-motivated and comfortable with hybrid work.Bonus Skills• Experience in photography, video editing, or motion graphics.• Knowledge of ads, promotions, or influencer marketing.• Interest in fashion, styling, or beauty.Compensation• Competitive part-time salary (based on skills & experience).• Flexible schedule and growth opportunities within the brand.How to ApplySend your CV, portfolio, and sample works to contact@kemistrybd.comSubject: Application for Creative Marketing & Content Associate
