This role involves overseeing every aspect, from innovative creative concepts to the evaluation of campaign performance. Your duties will include designing performance-focused creative strategies, developing highly effective advertising frameworks, and converting performance metrics into actionable insights for creative advancement. If you think you have a knack for crafting materials that resonates with people, you’ll fit right in.Key ResponsibilitiesCraft and introduce innovative concepts, captivating hooks, and advertising angles that are grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a sense of connection.Conceptualize and create attention-grabbing, high-impact ad copy for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels.Transform cultural trends, humor, and relatable human experiences into advertisements that spark engagement and conversation.Design and craft comprehensive creative briefs and scripts and use AI to turn them into video content in a cohesive copy direction and alignment.Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and create actionable recommendationsConduct testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve performance and guide what comes next — always learning, iterating, and improving.Stay up to date with Meta Ads platform updates, policies, and best practices.Maintain a well-organized repository of top-performing ads, creative concepts, and sources of inspiration to fuel future testing.QualificationsStrong English communication skills (C1 level), both verbal and written.At least 2 to 5 years of experience and proven success creating high-performing ads across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic channelsProficiency in utilizing Google Flow and AI video generation tools, such as Sora 2 and VEO 3, is highly preferred.Expertise in developing and constructing prompts for Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude.Skilled in creating social media and video ad content for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube. Proficiency in data analysis, conversion tracking, analytics tools, and reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting dashboards).Strong understanding of creative testing and audience segmentation.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.Ability to work independently from a home office, with a stable and fast internet connection and a quiet, professional environment.Must have a laptop or desktop computer with the following minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, Core i5 processor or higher.
