About the Role: Social Media Manager – Football ContentWe’re looking for a football-obsessed, trend-driven, and creative Social Media Manager to join our global content team. This role is made for someone who lives and breathes football — from classic news and match highlights to the latest gossip stories (yes, even Lamine Yamal’s girlfriend rumors 👀). You are chronically online, always scrolling through Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, spotting what’s trending before anyone else. You’ll be responsible for creating, curating, and managing football-related content across multiple platforms, using your creativity and cultural fluency to produce content that truly resonates with fans. We need someone who can ideate, plan, design, and execute — from scripting short-form videos to analyzing performance metrics and optimizing strategy. If you’re passionate about football, storytelling, and digital media, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how fans experience the game online.What You’ll Be Responsible ForContent Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute football-related content across Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter (both long and short formats).Trendspotting: Stay up to date with football news, rumors, and pop culture moments, ensuring content is always relevant and viral-ready.Creative Ideation: Bring innovative ideas to the table — from memes to short videos — and take initiative in executing them.Design & Visuals: Use Photoshop and Canva to design thumbnails, Snapchat tiles, and eye-catching visuals.Scriptwriting: Write compelling scripts for short-form videos and AI voice-over generation.Data Analysis: Track and interpret analytics from Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube, identifying what performs best and why.Content Organization: Manage editorial calendars, plan reposts, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.Localization & Voice-over: Translate and adapt content for Arabic-speaking audiences and create AI-generated voice-overs when needed.A Little About YouFluent in French and English (B2+) – required.Fluent in Arabic – for translation and AI-generated voice-over tasks.Deep knowledge and passion for football, from major tournaments to gossip culture.Active across Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube – you know each platform’s dynamics inside out.Skilled in Photoshop and Canva for simple design work (tiles, thumbnails, posts).Proven experience managing and posting across social media platforms (Snap, YouTube, Facebook).Excellent creative ideation and storytelling skills.Strong organizational and planning abilities – can handle multiple projects and tight timelines.Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about digital trends and community growth.CompetenciesSocial media strategy and multi-platform publishing.Copywriting and short-form scriptwriting.Design and visual storytelling (Photoshop / Canva).Trend research and football media awareness.Data tracking and performance analysis.Creative direction and content planning.Job Terms & ConditionsBase Monthly Fee: USD $700Payment: In two instalments, the month after services are providedContract Type: Service Contract – Independent ContractorModality: 100% RemoteLocation: Open – Preferably based in LatAm, MENA, or Europe About LXDWe are a new company striving to create value and innovation for our community, starting with our talent and professionals, which will extend to our clients.
