Creative Operations Lead

What You’ll DoLead full project life cycles—from briefing to final delivery—ensuring timely execution within scope and deadlines.Collaborate closely with content team leads, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless creative production workflows and delivery.Streamline and optimize content operations to improve service levels and turnaround times.Drive process improvement initiatives, including researching and embedding new production systems and tools.Manage day-to-day resource allocation, schedule planning, and workload distribution across multiple projects in APAC.Maintain and manage digital asset and project management systems, ensuring consistent organization and accessibility.Support AI-driven workflows and automation tools, tracking adoption, measuring impact, and streamlining processes for efficiency.Your ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency environment.Strong background in project management and production operations, with experience handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.Proven ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.Demonstrated experience in managing creative budgets and resourcing in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.Familiarity with production systems, tools, and asset management platforms.Other QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.Excellent organization and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.A proactive, growth mindset, passionate about continuous improvement and creative excellence.Experience with tools such as Wrike, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms is a plus.Ability to balance firmness with diplomacy in day-to-day interactions, ensuring projects stay on track.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.Desired ValuesAiming high to deliver world-class results, while never forgetting to care for others.Additional InformationHybrid Working ArrangementCasual dress—every day
