POSITION SUMMARYThe Creative Operations Regional Lead is responsible for the operations and oversight of all social, design and production services. This role ensures consistent execution of business strategies, drives performance, manages cross-functional teams, and supports the achievement of operational goals aligned with the organization’s objectives. They are also responsible for resource management in order to balance operational efficiency against regional service requirements. This role reports directly into the Senior Director of Creative Operations.JOB QUALIFICATIONS5-8+ years’ experience in an integrated – Social, Creative, Print, Digital - production operationsBachelor’s degree in creative field. A combination of work experience and education can be substitutedProven mastery driving operational excellence by orchestrating creative vision across proper technologies and team membersConceptual thinker who can brainstorm to define creative vision, solve problems and identify priorities for execution against strict creative, quality and brand standardsFull knowledge of integrated production operation methodologies and formatsProficiency in current business software (Office, Google) required.Extensive knowledge of workflow production technologies and applications essentialClient facing experience essentialExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to juggle numerous tasks at once and deliver assets effectively, and work towards tight timelinesJOB DUTIESOperational Responsibilities* Creatively and technically manages full lifecycle of in scope projects across appropriate studio or creative team members to successfully meet client needs* Partners with the client and IAT throughout the lifecycle of each project to ensure an end-result that meets brand integrity and marketing objectivesOversee the end-to-end regional creative and social process across teams, ensuring smooth intake, resourcing, prioritization, production, and delivery of assets.Lead, support, and mentor local team and cross-functional collaborators. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.Allocate creative and social resources effectively based on project needs, timelines, and team capabilities. Identify resourcing gaps and propose solutions.Streamline creative and social processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance team productivity without compromising creative integrity.Act as a bridge between creative, social, marketing, brand, production, and business teams to align on priorities, timelines, and expectations.Contributes to client relationship by being keenly aware of client’s business objectivesSolves problems through proactive involvement with the client, agencies and creative teams against project goalsEnsures service that maintains and develops client relationshipsMaintains a forward-thinking approach to industry trends that may impact client needsEnsure client SLA and deliverable dates are met Ensure latest workflow methodologies are reviewed and applied as appropriateDevelop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in key projects Ensure that communication is effective and sharing of knowledge is routineLeadership ResponsibilitiesEnsure appropriate levels of staffing are maintainedSet clear objectives and targets for all direct reports - monitor and review regularlyIdentify, lead, manage, motivate and develop a team to support the successful delivery of all opportunity assessment and diligence activities in regionSupport the personal development and progression of all direct reports
