Creative Producer

We're looking for a dynamic Post Production VFX/CG Producer for a leading Creative Production studio based in central London The role will be at the helm of complex creative projects from concept to delivery. This isn't just about managing timelines – it's about being the driving force that brings creative visions to life through technical excellence. As a mid-weight post producer, you'll be the bridge between creative ambition and technical reality, orchestrating teams, resources, and workflows to deliver outstanding VFX/CG work. You'll build on your proven post-production experience to lead projects independently. You’ll take responsibility for financial control across your projects—tracking budgets, managing costs, forecasting profit, and ensuring every production runs efficiently and profitably. You'll also play a key client-facing role, building trusted, friendly relationships and valuing every interaction as an opportunity to strengthen partnerships and grow accounts through exceptional service and collaboration. The role demands someone who can navigate both the creative and technical landscapes of VFX/CG with confidence, making smart decisions that balance quality, efficiency, and innovation. You'll be a key player in the team, managing relationships with agencies and clients. This would suit a strong midweight Producer with proven experience in VFX and CG who is looking to move their career up to a Senior Producer rapidly. Career progression and remuneration increases would obviously follow with proven experience and growth in the role. You must be very detail conscious and have excellent budget and organisation skills – the ability to keep all the plates spinning at once! Great friendly team and dynamic environment. Salary dep on exp but between £45-55k
