Multimedia Project Manager / Producer (Animation, E-learning, Film, Print and digital) Location: LondonSalary: £35,000 - £40,000Contract: Full-timeAbout MyriadMyriad Global Media is an international creative communications agency specialising in film, animation, design, and interactive experiences for clients in the energy, technology, and infrastructure sectors. We help some of the world's largest companies tell their stories through powerful, meaningful content.The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager or Producer to join our London team full-time, onsite at our Old Street office. You'll manage a wide range of multimedia projects including film, animation, and design, all working closely with both clients and our in-house creative teams. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that suits someone who thrives on variety, organisation, and collaboration. No two days will be the same and you could be working on a marketing film project one day and a e-learning project the next.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects across film, 3D animation, and design from brief to deliveryPlan and oversee production schedules, budgets, and resource allocationWork directly with clients and account managers to interpret briefs and guide projects through each stageCoordinate production teams, camera crews, editors, animators, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth deliverySupport creative development with a strong understanding of storytelling, structure, and visual qualityHandle project documentation including call sheets, risk assessments, feedback logs, and delivery plansEnsure work meets Myriad's creative and technical standardsContribute to project proposals, scoping, and cost estimates where requiredRequirements3+ years' experience in a production or producer role within a creative, media, or agency environmentProven track record delivering projects across film, 3D animation, and print or digital designE-learning or VR experience is a bonusAttitude of wanting to learn about new technologies and how workflows runExcellent time management, budgeting, and communication skillsStrong understanding of video and 3d animation workflowsConfident working directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholdersCalm under pressure, adaptable, and highly organisedProficiency in project management tools is a plusBenefits25 days' annual holiday plus UK bank holidaysPrivate healthcareHybrid pension contributionsOpportunities for travel and on-location productionCollaborative, creative working environment at our Old Street office
