Our AI-powered platform connects global talent with remote opportunities, helping people find meaningful work through smarter job matching and career coaching.The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the go-to-market strategy of our B2C Talent Product → Our model is a B2C SaaS freemium >< Premium model.This role blends product marketing strategy with growth execution, ideal for someone who understands the technical side of SaaS and knows how to turn a product into a movement.You'll work closely with the founders and tech team to boost awareness, drive engagement, and convert free users into paying customers.Your MissionOwn and execute the go-to-market strategy for our B2C productIncrease Premium conversion by improving messaging, in-product positioning, and user flowAnalyze and optimize the full user funnel → from landing to activation to conversionIdentify friction points in the UX and work with the team to resolve themDesign and run A/B tests to validate messaging, onboarding, and feature adoptionSet up and monitor key metrics using analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)Build and engage communities across Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord, X, and niche remote forumsWrite compelling content: newsletters, posts, replies, and AI prompt-based messagesRun messaging experiments and iterate continuously based on user feedbackIdentify visibility opportunities and relevant partnershipsMove fast, test, learn, and double down on what worksRequirementsProven experience in product marketing and growth (B2C SaaS or Marketplace is a must)Strong understanding of conversion funnels, UX principles, and data-informed iterationProficiency with analytics tools like Mixpanel is requiredAbility to simplify complex product flows and propose impactful improvementsExperience driving community engagement and grassroots awareness campaignsTechnical fluency: comfortable collaborating with product and development teamsLean, startup mindset: autonomous, creative, and action-orientedYou speak English and SpanishBonus: interest in career development, job search tools, or the remote work ecosystemBenefitsWork directly with the founders on a product with real social impactFully remote, async, and flexible work environmentFlat hierarchy, fast decision-making, and freedom to take initiative
