And now we're looking for more brilliant people to join us on our journey.The RoleAs Senior Product Manager at Savings, you'll define the future of savings products at one of the fastest-growing fintechs.Your key responsibilities 🎯Lead the execution for savings products, with a strong focus on the UK marketOwn the full product lifecycle for savings products, from planning through launch to optimisationDrive growth and adoption across the UK and other EU markets by delivering competitive and innovative savings solutionsIdentify new opportunities to deepen customer engagement through automated saving tools and goal-based featuresDesign intuitive user experiences that simplify complex financial concepts and drive conversionEnsure product compliance with regulations, collaborating closely with legal and compliance teamsManage a high-performing team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of excellence and ownershipPartner with design, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to bring impactful products to market quickly and effectivelyLeverage data and insights to continuously improve product performance and user satisfactionWho You Are 👀Experienced in savings products, with a strong background in fintechFamiliar with savings product mechanics: ISAs, interest rates, instant access vs. fixed term, notice accountsDeep understanding of the UK market and customer behavioursNatural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environmentsProven ability to scale financial products in the UK and the EUA strategic thinker who can also execute at pace, using data to inform decisionsExperienced in managing product teamsFamiliar with the UK and EU financial regulations Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environmentPlum's PerksWe're all in this together!
