Vice President of Products

Our client is looking for a strategic and hands-on VP of Product to lead product vision, strategy, and execution for a fast-scaling business. This is a senior leadership role working closely with the CEO, CTO, and wider leadership team to define the roadmap and deliver world-class products that drive growth and customer impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the company’s product strategy in line with business goals.Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team.Drive the full product lifecycle - from discovery to delivery - ensuring customer needs translate into measurable outcomes.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.Own product metrics, performance, and user experience standards.Champion a data-driven, customer-centric approach to innovation.About YouProven experience as a Head of Product / VP of Product in a scaling environment.Strong background in B2B or SaaS products (or relevant sector).Skilled in building and leading teams across multiple product lines.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with a bias for action and delivery.
